PROPOSED FLAT RENT SCHEDULE - 2026

The Housing Authority of the County of Armstrong has reviewed and redetermined the Flat Rents for the Public Housing Program based on the 2026 FMR and SAFMR published in the Federal Register August 22, 2025. The proposed Flat Rent Schedule will amend Appendix 2 of the Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) and will be applicable to all new admissions and annual certifications effective on or after January 1, 2026.
