EVICTION FOR NON-PAYMENT OF RENT NOTIFICATION

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) issued a Notice requiring that landlords provide residents with a minimum 30-day notification of eviction for non-payment of rent.
Please be reminded that there are funds available to assist households that are unable to pay rent and/or utilities, including arrearages, through the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP).
