CDC Eviction Protection Order Extended

The expiration date of the CDC Order to halt non-payment evictions has been extended from March 31, 2021 to June 30, 2021. In order for residents to invoke the protections of the order they must submit a Declaration to the Housing Authority that they meet all the eligibility requirements detailed in the order.

The Order and Declaration Form (new) are attached.
