CDC HALT EVICTION ORDER EXTENDED

By Executive Order, President Biden has extended the expiration date of the CDC order to halt non-payment evictions from January 31st to March 31st. In order for residents to invoke the protections of the order they must submit a Declaration to the Housing Authority that they meet all the eligibility requirements detailed in the order.
