RESIDENT MEMO - EVICTION MORATORIUM UPDATE

The temporary moratorium on evictions imposed under the CARES Act will expire on July 24, 2020 unless extended. Governor Wolfe has extended the state moratorium on evictions through August 31, 2020. Please click on the attached memo for details regarding the moratorium.
