SIGNIFICANT AMENDMENT - FLAT RENT SCHEDULE

The Housing Authority of the County of Armstrong invites you to attend a public hearing on a Significant Amendment to its Agency Plan for Fiscal Year 2022. The hearing will be held at 2:00 P.M. on November 15, 2021 at the Administrative Offices of the Housing Authority located at 350 South Jefferson Street, Kittanning, PA. Persons with disabilities who wish to attend the Public Hearing and require an auxiliary aid, service, or other accommodation to participate should contact the Housing Authority by November 1, 2021 to discuss how to best accommodate their needs. The Significant Amendment to the Agency Plan amends the Housing Authority’s Flat Rent Schedule. A copy of the Proposed Amendment to the Flat Rent Schedule is available for public review at the Housing Authority’s Administrative Offices located at 350 South Jefferson Street, Kittanning, PA. The Housing Authority will accept written comments on the Agency Plan until 4:00 P.M. on November 12, 2021. Written comments or questions may be submitted to the Housing Authority of the County of Armstrong at 350 South Jefferson Street, Kittanning, PA 16201, to the attention of Marty Sutton, Executive Director. The Board of Directors of the Housing Authority of the County of Armstrong will conduct a meeting at 12:00 P.M. on November 17, 2021 at which time the Amendment will be considered for adoption.
